Public Relations Society of America, PRSA, Southern CT chapter, will host a media monitoring seminar with Katie Delahaye Paine, chief executive officer and founder of KDPaine & Partners, LLC, who will speak on "Measure What Matters: monitoring and measurement in the new media world", on Thursday, January 22 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Gateway Community College’s Library and Learning Commons multipurpose room, S217.
Measure What Matters will include “everything you need to know about Measurement Standards including what they are, why you need them and how to influence them,” said Paine. “I’ll show you how to define your customized ‘kick butt’ index and how to align departmental goals with measurable objectives and benchmarks.” The seminar will also discuss appropriate measurement tools and what to do with data once you have it.
