Exciting opportunity for Gateway technology students
Share
Through the Birch Group and the College of Technology, Connecticut college students in technology and engineering programs can apply to participate in an annual program to work with other students from community colleges and 4-year colleges on life support and sustainable living (LSSL) projects. This program has been available to Connecticut college students for several years and is supported by a National Science Foundation (NSF) grant.
Students who are selected to participate in this year’s program can receive $750 for their winter session participation and $10 per hour [up to 100 hours] for their spring semester work. This is a great opportunity to apply your technical skills and knowledge towards a creative project solving LSSL problems.
Students from all technology and engineering related programs are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity to gain experience for your future, and it looks good on your resume too!
