Angela Richter has been promoted to Assistant to the Dean of Academic Affairs. Richter, who has been with GCC since 1998, had been an administrative assistant in the Academic Affairs office. Richter said she was very pleased with the faculty and staff’s warm response to the news.

Richter works closely with faculty members on the Gateway course schedule, an enormous undertaking she says is made easier because of the cooperation and dedication of faculty and staff.

“I am extremely excited and looking forward to working with the faculty in this role,” she said. “We respect each other and we respect the work we do together.”
